Pizza Wagon Vinyl Wrap

Professional Vinyl wrap/signwriting for a Pizza wagon.

When it comes to food, appearance is everything! Including the vehicle, it is served from.

We designed and wrapped this pizza wagon for a customer who will be servicing pizza at festivals, events, etc.

When wrapping a vehicles we firstly get the “vehicle blueprints” from our huge library of vehicles – this library includes almost any vehicle you see on our roads today.

This is important to work out how much material is needs, and how the designs will work on the vehicle. We have to be mindful of panel gaps, hinges, door handles, as these can all be disruptive to the design. It is important to make sure wording, and essential information is not cut off by a handle or a panel gap.

The vehicle is then cleaned and any road dirt or oils are removed to allow perfect adhesion to the surface.

In the meantime, our large format printers are printing the artwork onto high-quality vinyl. The vinyl wrap is then skilfully applied to the vehicle if required handles are loosened or removed to allow for the perfect finish.
